Refund Policy

The Microgreens Business Plan Builder is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the app. We want you to feel confident in that decision. If the Builder is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have not already used the Builder to produce a finished plan (see below).

What's covered

The refund covers your one-time purchase of the Microgreens Business Plan Builder, including any bundle add-ons purchased in the same transaction. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Builder will be removed and any plans stored in your account will no longer be accessible.

When refunds are not available

Because the core deliverable of the Builder is your finished plan, refunds are not available once you have generated, printed, exported, or downloaded a plan or report from your account. Producing the output is the point at which value has been delivered. Requests that appear to be an attempt to generate a plan and then claim a refund will be declined.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@microgreensworld.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request." Include your order receipt or the last four digits of the card you paid with so we can find your order quickly. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request.

When refunds may be declined

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase will not be honored, nor will requests where a plan or report has already been generated, printed, exported, or downloaded from the account. We also reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds from the same person.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first. We almost always resolve issues directly and faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being closed.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement after we issue the refund.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
